- Due to the customization, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic and opening parcel video evidence. Without Opening Parcel Video we won’t proceed further.
